IMPORTANT: Additional Information

• Additional fees may be added for events that exceed the purchased time.
• No SMOKING allowed on the premises.
• Sitting on tables or standing on chairs or other facility equipment is prohibited.
• No cooking on the premises (excludes warmers for pre-cooked foods).
• No decorations can be mechanically attached to walls (excluding easily removable tape).
• Personal equipment and other personal items are not allowed without prior written approval of Northwest Events!
• Indoor and outdoor cameras are in use at all times.
• AC/Room temperature is preset remotely and cannot be altered by renter/guests.
• At times, Northwest Events! staff will be in the facility office.
• Northwest Events! reserves the right to check in at various times during the event. 
• Violations of policies may result in cancellation without refund.

Renter is responsible for:

• Any damages to property or equipment
• Ending the event at designated time,
• Monitoring activities of all guests for safety and to prevent violations of above policies
• After-event cleanup:
• Removal of renter's supplies, collecting and placing trash in trashcans provided
• Not leaving the building unattended
• Contacting Northwest Events! if event ends early or if you need extra time,
